Champaign County COVID-19 Updates

While vaccinations are ramping up in Champaign County, we must continue to stay vigilant in reducing the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Through masking, testing, social distancing, and getting your vaccination when eligible, we are protecting each other and supporting our local businesses. Here’s some updates on the status of COVID-19 in our community.

Testing remains available for free at the community testing site at Market Place Mall on the East side from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Learn more.

When visiting local restaurants, wear a mask when not eating or drinking. Here’s our handy video as a reminder of mask etiquette when dining out.

When you are eligible for a vaccine, schedule an appointment as soon as one is available. Seniors that still need a vaccine can contact the Champaign-Urbana Public Health Department directly at 217-531-6369 or email  jpryde@c-uphd.org to get an appointment.

Thank you for doing your part in continuing to make Champaign County Safe!
